60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return for any reason. If TinyAir isn't right for you or your baby, simply contact us within 60 days for a full refund of the product price.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your request must be made within 60 days of delivery
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all included accessories
  • You must provide your order number or proof of purchase

For hygiene reasons, we ask that the silicone nasal tip be cleaned thoroughly before returning. We understand the product may have been used during your 60-day trial, that's the whole point of a risk-free guarantee.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at hello@gettinyair.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we'll email you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please do not send any returns to the manufacturer's address.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your TinyAir arrives defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a replacement at no cost to you.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased more than 60 days ago
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked at time of purchase)
  • Items without the original packaging or missing accessories

If you have questions about whether your specific item qualifies for return, please reach out before sending anything back.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@gettinyair.com.

Return Shipping Costs

For 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee returns, return shipping is free. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label after your return is approved.

For returns due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we cover all shipping costs and will send a replacement at no charge.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it at hello@gettinyair.com. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled but can be returned under our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee once received.
