Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing TinyAir. We work to get your order delivered as quickly and reliably as possible so you can start using TinyAir when your baby needs it most.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center.

During high-volume periods such as new product launches, promotional events, or holidays, processing may take an additional 1 to 2 business days.

Shipping Times and Costs (United States)

We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories.

  • Standard Shipping: 2 to 5 business days, $4.99 flat rate
  • Free Standard Shipping: On all orders over $40

All US orders ship via USPS. Once your order ships, total delivery time is processing time plus shipping time.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your package directly through the link in the confirmation email or by visiting the USPS website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your order ships.

If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@gettinyair.com.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to meet our estimated delivery times, all shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • USPS or carrier service disruptions
  • Weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
  • Failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of shipment, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by USPS, TinyAir is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure address where someone can receive the package or where it can be safely left.

If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or anyone else at your address
  2. Look around your property for safe drop-off locations
  3. Contact your local USPS office with your tracking number
  4. If the package cannot be located, contact us at hello@gettinyair.com and we will help file a claim with the carrier

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at hello@gettinyair.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we will update the address. If the order has already shipped, address changes cannot be made.

Damaged Packages in Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product before opening
  2. Contact us at hello@gettinyair.com within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Include your order number and the photos in your email

We will send a replacement at no cost to you.

International Shipping

At this time, TinyAir ships within the United States only. We are working to expand to additional countries soon.

P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses via USPS. Delivery times to APO/FPO addresses may take longer than standard delivery estimates.
